Clients are provided with the necessary documentation to verify the authenticity of the property from the land registry

Sale Agreement

Our experienced lawyer prepares a legally binding sale agreement document to ensure the sale is verified and protected.

Completion Documents

Clients' details, including their ID and KRA PIN, are processed for the transfer process.

Title Deed Picking

Once the transfer process is complete, clients can either choose to have the ready title deed delivered to them if they are abroad or pick it up at our head office in Nairobi.
